    1. Re: [NYTOMPKI] Undertaker from Groton, Tompkins County, NY - R. J. Booth
    2. I do not have gravesite information but my mother has an autograph book from Margaret Fanning Burlingame Rounseville with paragraphs signed by A.O. Hart (1842); Eveline M. Hart; L.H. (assume Hart); Josiah Hart and Mary A. Hart (her sister). There are also pages signed by Burlingames, lincoln, Patches, rounseville, woodworths, tripp and more. She has a photo album labelled Hart's but no names are referenced. She would like to start putting names to faces. Anyone with Hart pictures from this county? J. BOOTH from Groton area of Tompkins County. He was listed as the undertaker on death certificates for my Great grandparents, Alphonso E. HART and his wife, Elta Belle (DENNIS) Hart. They died in Groton on August 30, 1920 and Jan. 5, 1931 respectfully. I have found his name on other family members death information at least up until 1955. I'm hoping to locate perhaps a "current" funeral home which may have taken over and maintained the records of deaths and burials by this individual. I'd like to locate the specific lot and section # of my great grandparents' burial locations within Peruville Cemetery outside of Groton. I have been informed by a current cemetery association official that the association "inherited" very poor records of burials and their records on hand were transcribed from information obtained from headstones within the cemetery. Where does that leave family members whose ancestors died and were buried without a headstone but are buried within that cemetery?? Any help would be most appreciated. Kem K.
