Dear listers, I recently came upon an Ithaca Journal clipping of long-time radio announcer, Jack Deal's obituary. The headline reads: "Local radio legend, host on WHCU dies at 77." The date is missing from the clipping but whoever saved it wrote "11/95" on it. This is confirmed in an obituary on the reverse side of the clipping. The obituary on the reverse honors Elizabeth F. Mearse, also of Ithaca, NY, who died on 4 November 1995. I do not have a scanner, but if anyone is interested in the information contained in either of these obits, I will be happy to transcribe them and e-mail them to you.
