I am descended from William W. PERRY (b. 1787, NJ?), and only this week have been able to make a strong case to the group of Perry households in the Caroline, Tompkins/Tioga, NY area. My line runs through his son Burton R. Perry and Burton's son Edwin, and I have also documented some generations through Burton's daughter Mary O. PERRY. Burton traveled through Tioga County (NY), Tioga County (PA), to Genesee County, MI, where he spent most his adulthood. My own family was in Genesee County until 1992.
