Good morning, Kathleen. Thank you for your message. I had prepared a message to send to several counties' message boards and spent three hours yesterday trying to do exactly as you suggested, but for some reason both SSDI and Rootsweb require a username which I don't have. The confirmation message I received when I registered mentions no username and I have tried everything I can imagine. My nametag won't work either. I can edit old post-its to SSDI, so I know my password is valid, but neither will allow me to post new messages. A site search for the term "username" also comes up empty. So there is no help on the "Password and Username" page. Have e-mailed the Help Desk but received no reply. Any ideas, short of subscribing to each mail list? Thanks.
