Hi Madeline, The changes in the past few months or more have been a bit confusing. I believe you will have to officially register - which was ushered in under the latest changes. Go to: https://myaccount.rootsweb.com/ and look for the box which says ... "Not Registered ? Register today! It's free and only takes a minute". ... and click the button which says "Register". >From there it will be a three-step process to register your email address. It is for free. I think also, it is you who creates your own username - in a manner of however you'd like your name to appear on the Message Board itself. I too can access all of my previous "post-ems" but I notice I have a few under a couple of different email addresses I have used in the past. This new registration process is so that all of your Message Board posts will be under one email address. I wish you success and luck in this process & hope I have not steered you wrong! So there is no help on the "Password and > Username" page. Have e-mailed the Help Desk but > received no reply.
