Hi Folks, My Robert LITTLE was born 1775-1777 NJ and removed to Ithaca area, purchasing a wood lot in NW Danby in 1810. Wife Hannah/Anna COMPTON and children Simeon (m. Hannah HOOKER,) John (m. Lydia HEDGES & Amanda YOUNGS,) Juliaett (married Wm TUCKER) and four others appear in Danby on 1820, 1825, 1850 & 1860 census. Some of family buried in Morris Chapel Cem., Caroline. If you have a woman born 1810-20 or 1825-30 in Danby whose parents were born in NJ - they might be LITTLEs. Robert LITTLE died 14 Mar 1864? and Anna COMPTON LITTLE on 18 Oct 1862 - would obituaries or death certificates of that era include birthplace or parents??
