Northrup in the 1910 Census that fits. He's enumerated at the 3rd Reserve Hospital in Manila, Philippine Islands on a Census taken 28 June 1900. Given this is a military schedule, it gives some interesting information. He is a Private, Co. C, 42 infantry. It listed his residence as McLean, NY and his birth month and year as October 1877. Jesse appears to be a Spanish-American War veteran. Bill
