Looking for the first husband of Clarissa Northrup (Northrop). She was in the 1865 NY census listed as a widow, she had 3 young children with Northrup.Their names were, Wm (16) Eddy (10) and daughter Jeny (4). She then married Daniel Jenks in Binghamton, Vestal NY area about 1865. He was about 70 years old at the time. She might be from PA (Bradford Co). I would like to know who her first husband was and what happened to her after her second husband (Daniel) died.
