I recently discovered that he was the father of Sarah E. Locey (Clement). Sarah E. Locey was born in Barton, New York on Dec 14, 1863. I would like to find out who her mother was. I do not know exactly when Sarah migrated to Sauk Co. Wisconsin, but she lived in LaValle for a period of time.
