Seeking ancestry of Almira KELSEY, b. 27 February 1796 (place unknown); she married William ANDREWS on 29 February 1818; he born 29 February 1795 in West Stockbridge, MA. They removed to Spencer, Tioga Co., NY. The KELSEY family I am seeking was also in Tioga County in the towns of Spencer, Barton. Horace KELSEY is said to have been born 21 April 1798 in New Marlborough, Berkshire County, MA (record not found). Ironically, Horace's wife's name was also Almira (SCHOVEL).
