Page 250,251 Harvey Marshall lived in a log house on farm of John Watkins Newark Valley.Soon moved to Spencer with his wife & only child ,born after the Census was taken. Rev Luther Peck is listed as Pastor of Smithboro Church c 1887 page 492 Town of Tioga. Town lines changed in the earlier days of the County formation between Candor & Spencer.
