Betsey Cowles Kelsey, died 20 July 1894 and is buried in the North Spencer Cemetery, Spencer, NY. She spent a good part of her life in Spencer/North Spencer. I would like to get her obit notice. What newspaper would have had it and how can I go about requesting a copy? Thanks. Jan
