I'm looking for ancestors from Tioga County. My wife's parents are William Robbins SMITH and Ethel ARMSTRONG William Robbins SMITH's parents were William Henry SMITH (son of Joel SMITH) and Hattie ROBBINS (daughter of Zelotes ROBBINS and Jane BESTIE). Ethel ARMSTRONG is the daughter of William Henry ARMSTRONG and Olive Vergie SCHRAUGER (descended from Porter SCHRAUGER, Deroy SCHRAUGER and Enos SCHRAUGER. I don't have many dates beyond the second generation back. Any help would be appreciated. Andy
