Hi, Tioga list persons. I am hoping there are some newbies on this list that haven't seen my pleas for information on Asahel(seen spelled several ways) LEWIS and family. His son Asahael Jr. married Esther LIGHT. 1848 they moved to NYC where he was working. The LEWIS family came from CT. Asahel,SR was a JP in Candor 1836,1840 and 1844. They had land (found in title searches) but can't find where they disappeared to. The census sheets show they had several children so keep hoping someone will come on the list that has information about them. Would appreciate any/all help. Gwen in WA State
