In an attempt to understand what you have been saying, it seems you are not using the mailing list specifically for genealogy. I am supposed to look after the list to insure it is used correctly and those abusing the list, should be removed. If you want to communicate with the person involved, may I suggest you deal with that person directly instead of sending the notes to the 100 or more subscribers who may not have much interest in your comments.
