Teri, were your Davenport ancestors ever in New Rochelle, Westchester Co., NY?? If so, although I can't tell you anything about them, I do know where they lived in New Rochelle, and I have many pictures of the house they lived in there. It was built ca 1720 by one of my ancestors, Antoine L'Espenard/Lispenard, a French Huguenot. Let me know if you'd like copies of the pics, and a little history of the house. Barbara
