As far as I know, there were 2 brothers, Michael & James, I think, who completely disappeared. One left a note in a joiner's vice in the workshop where he worked saying that when the fields were white with daisies he would return, but he never did. When they were young they lived in a cottage in Moyglas. Margaret and her brothers came to England, to Hampshire and Surrey. We have been over to Ireland many times and have found decendants called Thompson who live in Clonbrogan, Tipperary. There are one or two Leahys around but as yet we have not met them. It's possible that these are relatives of the ones you are tracing. I wish you well in your search. There is something called the Brian Boru Centre at Cashel which holds lots of records. Have you visited Ireland? You would find everyone very helpful. We found the Thompson fami! ly within hours of visiting Fethard via the Post Office there and a knowledeable man ina newsagents.
