I have "Franklin Akins" Civil War records from the National Archives in Washington DC and it just lists his birthplace. I did see "Lyman Akins listed in a census record but I am not sure if he is related or a distant relative. Where can I find "deed records" that you have listed? Thank You, April Richardson
