Hi Philip, There are only two Barto families in the Tioga area. I havent' been able to time mine into the Francis Barteau line yet but am still trying. My line starts with Simeon Barto 1816 to 1872, he has seven children. 4 sons, 3 daughters. One of the sons dies in the Civil War.
