NY 1810 Spencer, Tioga Co. 1820 Cayuta, Tioga Co. (now Schuyler Co.) 1830 and 1840 Erin, Tioga Co. (now Chemung Co.) I suspect that Ambrose may be the father of Sophia b. 1800 and Diantha b. 1815. Sophia is my ancestor. I suspect he may also be the father of Ambrose Armstrong, b. 1814, who served in the Civil War. Deb Gunther
