I wonder if anyone out there could do me a large favor and look up an obituary for Joseph D. Decker- died Feb. 24, 1929 age 85 in Newark Valley,Tioga Co, NY. Buried in Hope Cemetery , Newark Valley which is also about 10 miles from Maine NY where he had lived for many years. Thanks to anyone that might have time to help me on this problem.
