I am seeking an obit notice that may have been placed in one of the local papers for a Baptist Minister by the name of Horace KELSEY. He died 22 October 1890 and is buried in the Oak Hill Church Cemetery in Barton, NY. Can anyone tell me what newspaper I would need to check and where I can find a copy? Does Oak Hill Church Cemetery have a sexton or office I can write to? Thanks Janice
