There was an Osborn/Osborne family in Broome Co. Barnard Osborne was the Colesville Town Historian around 1975. He did a lot of genealogical research. You might try the Broome Co, Historical Society for Osborne information. I am sorry that I dod not have a current address for the Society. It probably is on the Broome Co. web site.
