Also Lois Willoughby in "Early Owego" but nothing of her roots.This book was printed by the Tioga Co Historical Soc & is available.There is information @ the Tinkham's.It was compiled from a series of articles published in the Owego Gazette by LeRoy Wilson Kingman. In French's Historical Gazetteer of NY c 1860 Dr Westel Willoughby was the first Pres. of the Herkimer Co Medical Soc in 1806.An early settler in Newport Herkimer Co he may have been from CT.
