Hello List, Does anyone have information about Robert BURLINGTON, shown on the 1860 NY census as being in Owego, Tioga Co., NY. Robert was born 1828, d. 1905 and had at least 8 children, number 8 was Hariett BURLINGTON, TUPPER, b. 1865 d. 1945. An son of this family may have been Cecil Burlington, moved to PA, Herrick Twp.
