I would be interested if Teresa has any more records with mention of Meade. Thanks, Donna He who sows courtesy reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.
Does any one have contact with Theresa Donlick. I am interested in a couple of entries in the diary. Theresa does the diary go on to 1878. Would like to hear from you personally. Gwen in WA State.
Hi, I'm forwarding on your note as requested. Ernie ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ In a message dated Wed, 20 Dec 2000 9:27:40 PM Eastern Standard Time, Melinda Cornwell <cornwell@alaska.net> writes: << Dear Coordinator(s) of Tioga Co., NYGenWeb (Hi Ernie!), Its come to my attention that I should contact each county coordinator personally, to enlist your/their help in getting the word out about the "New York Off-line Sources" web site. Initially, I had thought having the site connected directly off of the main NYGenWeb site would be enough, but apparently that is not the case. Or that is what our fellow researchers say when they do discover this site - it shouldn't be happenstance that they encounter it, as it is now. Whether or not you have an existing bibliography list on your web site for sources on or about Tioga County, the NYS Off-line Sources site should/could also be offered, it is: http://www.rootsweb.com/~nysource/ But I would like to go one step further and state that you may link directly to Tioga County page(s) at: http://www.rootsweb.com/~nysource/county/tiog001.htm if this would suit you better. Would appreciate your help in getting information about this site out to our fellow researchers by providing a link to it. Also, an announcement on your mailing list, if yours is active. Thank you. Hi All, The typing volunteers have been fabulous. Most of the copies I sent out have been typed and sent back for posting on the web site. I appreciate all the hard work that has been done by so few. I'm very far behind but have placed lots of the new 1927 DAR cemetery listings in case you haven't been to the Cemetery List Page lately. I'm down in TX spoiling and bonding with my grand daughters, but will be back at the job by 1/1. Ernie CC NYTIOGA

Hi, I am interested in the "Book of Remembrance of the Presbyterian Church , Spencer NY 1815-1915". Does anyone have it? Was Rev. G. W. Clark the minister in 1848 of that church? Or does anyone know what church Rev. Clark was the minister of? He married my ggrandparents in 1848. If I could find the right church maybe I could find more records of my missing ancestors. Thank you all. Gwen in WA State

I have not seen the Lafferty name in connection to the Bartons I'm tracking. Most of what I have is on a single family line - mostly males. Thie family moved from Westchester Co. NY to Dutchess Co. NY around 1760 +/- before moving to the Tioga Co. area. The two Barton families turned out to be one family of distant cousins.

If your data doesn't show up by 12/15 let me know I goofed up again. Ernie
