This relates to Elijah Cole in the Chemung County and Tioga County areas. There were two Elijah's, b. 1772 and the other in 1832. The second Elijah moved to Isabelle and Mecosta County, Michigan in 1865. The two individuals I'm trying to contact no longer use the E-mail addresses included with the Message Board.
