It is on the microfilm at the Suffolk County Historical Society in Riverhead, and I think also at the New York State Library in Albany and the New York Genealogical & Biographical Society in Manhattan. I don't know why the LDS library catalog doesn't show it- whether it is just poor cataloging, or if they are actually missing part of the census. There is one drawback in using it though. It is unindexed, so researchers have to scroll through page-by-page to find who they are looking for. Sag Harbor is located on the Southampton/East Hampton townline, so part is in one town, and part in the other.
