If you contact the Business Certificates department of the County Clerk's office, they will be able to send a copy to you. The information and the database can be accessed at the Clerk's web page at http://www.co.suffolk.ny.us/clerk You should search under the word "bakery" since the name Zenker, gets no results. I'd like to learn more about this little tidbit. I'd like to determine if he was the owner and (if so) perhaps obtain a picture of the area. I'm not exactly sure what time period to focus on -- probablyas early as the 1920's into the 1930's... though I think with the Depression the family moved back to the City.
