We need information of all kinds as records of the early families are scattered and incomplete. Currently, I am trying to locate the grave of James Hildreth who lived in Bridgehampton near the ocean and who died in 1720-22. We are also trying to find other Hildreth males who died before 1750. If anyone knows where the location of old gravesites is recorded in the Town of Southampton, please do let me know.
