Some members of my Loughrey family came to St. Lawrence county from Montgomery County shortly after 1800; my own direct line joined them in the early 1830s. The Loughreys lived in Louisville Landing. My 3G-grandfather, Charles Loughrey died 7 Mar 1837 and is buried in the old cemetery at Louisville Community Church with a number of other family members. My question is what happened to his widow Catherine? I have no trace of her after her husband's demise. I believe she was a Barkley. She was in her 40s when widowed, so she may well have married again. Any thoughts from anyone? Thanks, Fran
