From www.usgenweb.org, click 'New York' the select a county, St. Lawrence county. When you reach the county page use the drop down list 'select a link' and select 'church' then 'Church Records of St. Lawrence County'. A grand title to be sure since I have just a handful of churches but hey, I keep plugging away at it! If you search enough you may find a note by a really annoyed pastor who apparently unknowingly married a bigamist. These are particularly valuable records since the counties did not record marriages until 1880 with the exception of a brief earlier period (see Anne Cady's vital records section).
