Selleck born abt 1845 her father was born in NY and mother Vermont. They appeared in the 1880 US census of Potsdam, St Lawrence Co, NY. Does anyone know anything about this couple? Where are they buried, how can I find out who Julia Selleck's parents were. My father-in-law was a Miles Church born 1896 married to a Syliva Church in Michigan. I belong to the Selleck Researchers Assocation and which are tracing all the Selleck's. This was such a surprise to me the mixing of the same names. My husbands great grandfather was a Philip Church born in NY and settled in Brant Co, Ontario Canada. Sure hope someone can shed some light on this family for me, might break down a big wall I have been facing for many years. Where are they buried in Potsdam, are there any records in the area that might be useful to me. Thanks a lot for any help you can give me.
