He was listed in the prisioner of the Battle of the Windmill, and in the New York State Census of 1865 & 1875 as being from St. Lawrence county. I have a recent email that his father may have been Noah BARLOW and mother Mary "Demsey" Adams. No proof of this link. I also believe Hiram married Mary CUMMINS of Grenville, Augusta, Ontario, Canada. No proof of this marriage to date. I would appreciate any help or directions in locating, this family or any kin.
