I use the snapshot (camera icon) and snap the name of the newspaper first and bring it to the word document, then the date of the newsaper, the page number then where the article was found if it was not a major heading like the town, corresponding news etc. then I take the newspaper article and snap the picture and drop that in the word document. When the article is too long for one page or it shrinks too small I go back to the newspaper and enlarge the article and only take small pieces at a time of the article and bring it over to the document. This way I can easily reproduce the article for my scrapbook or transcribe it for my family tree software. The last thing I do is at the bottom of the word document is type my name, todays date and give credit to the web site for sourcing. I usually do the snapshot thing then open a new blank Word doc and then 'paste' into the Word doc. You can paste multiple articles into a word doc and then email them to others if you want. Just wondered if anyone else has done that or has other tips and techniques to share. They will work similarly in some other versions, also. Open the PDF document you wish to print. On the toolbar click the Snapshot tool -- the icon for it looks like a camera. Your cursor turns into crosshairs. Position the crosshairs at one corner of the article you wish to print. Then drag your cursor to the corner diagonally opposite so that the whole article is enclosed. When you release the mouse button you will get a message saying that the selected area has been copied to the clipboard. If you make a mistake, just start over with the Snapshot tool. When you're satisfied that the article has been correctly selected, click the Print button. This will print only the selected portion. You may find some articles are too long for 8 1/2 x 11" paper. In that case, you may want to break up the article into sections.
