    3. I have a Samuel Allen, died Feb 27, 1864 buried in Trout Brook Cemetery or (Dixon Cemetery) in Madrid, NY. It states he is over 100 years old, but the other Samuel I have, was born, April 15, 1773 in Bennington Co., Vt. (Confusing because there might be two in St. Lawrence Co., possibly). I have a copy of his Will. He was the first settler of Waddington, town of Madrid about 1797, coming through Plattsburgh, NY where his son, Nathaniel was born.
