Yerden, died at Harrisville Sunday afternoon at the home of Mrs. Fred Lee, where she had lived two years. Infirmities of age caused her death, which followed a long illness. Mrs. Yerden was born in the town of Fowler April 7, 1850, daughter of George and Sarah Linney Closs. After her marriage she lived in the town of Pitcairin, where Mr. Yerden was a farmer. Surviving are one brother, Andrew Closs, of Harrisville and one daughter, Winifred Yerden, of Rome. The funeral was held at 2 Tuesday afternoon from the Church of the New Covenant, Rev. Frank Jones, pastor, officiating. Interment will be in the Harrisville cemetery in the spring.
