    3. Hi, is there anyone who can tell me if there is any newspapers or anything on line that would have the obituarys for the Hogansburg area in the early 1840s up to 1849? Thank you. rl ps I realze that Hogansburg is Franklin county but I think it was Clinton county during that time period. Also where would I find any articles on a newspaper called the Observer in the early 1900s?

    2. The Observer would be the Massena Observer. I believe the Library in Massena might have the newspapers, but I don't know how far back they go. Hogansburg is not to far from Massena.
