I have found out in the interim that the Rev. Jenkins did not perform the ceremony, but remain interested in the Jenkins family--Mrs. Jenkins (nee Olive Kendall) was the sister of my third great-grandfather Uriah Kendall. From what I have been able to uncover, a number of the Jenkins offspring wound up here in Wisconsin, as did Uriah's family ultimately.
