Gary, I have Harry Knox Exford son of Seymour Exford and Emiline Towne. However, I do not have Effie's parents. I had their marriage as 1895, but had no reference. I have one child for them, Gordon, married to Gladys Towne. I would be interested in exchanging further information. I will do a search for Effie's parents, I assume they were in the Russell, Degrasse area.
