Somehow, my grandfather John Putney (Issac Putney Jr. youngest brother), ends up raising a William H.(also W.H.)Putney (not sure if he was a Putney or took the Putney name because we raised him, but he "looks" like a Putney, in photos we have) in Elgin Illinois, then moving to Levenworth Kansas with the rest of the family, where he dies in the State Mental Hospital, he was a severe epileptic(sp).
