Maybe the information will help her in her search for information regarding her ancestors. We do have some Streeters in our family - we married them - I did not find anything in our family that matches Lisa Kelley's information. I did find Frank Adelbert Kelley's father's name reflected as "Speaker" on Frank's death certificate rather than "Streeter." I also found the following information regarding Frank Adelbert Kelley on the Internet: Death Certificate No 74255, Ohio Dept. of Heath, Reg. Dist. No. 350; Primary Reg. Dist. No. 2359; Registrar's No. 16. Frank Adelbert Kelley: Sex-male; Race-White; Married-wife Maude E Rogerson, wife's age-71 yrs.; Birth date of deceased-Dec 3, 1855; Age at death-89 yrs. 17 days; Birthplace-Huron, OH; Usual occupation-Retired farmer; Father's Name-Speaker, birthplace-unknown; Mother's name-Evans, birthplace-unknown; Informant's signature-Maude E Kelley; Burial-Milan Cemetery on Dec. 22, 1944; Place of death-Front St., Milan, Erie Co., OH; Usual Residence of Deceased-Front St., Milan, Erie Co., OH; Length of stay in this community-89 yrs.; Date of Death-Dec. 19, 1944, at 12:20 a.m.; Stanley S Mack, M.D. certified that he attended deceased from June 1938 to Dec. 19, 1944 and last saw him alove on Dec 18, 1944; Immediate cause of death-Pulmonary Edema & ?hypostatic? pneumonia of 3 days duration; Due to-Chronic Myocarditis; Other conditions-Fracture of left hip-4 mos. ago on Aug. 1944, in home, getting up from chair-tripped on rug & fell. 1860 Census, Milan, Erie Co., Ohio - Head of Household-Henry Kelley, age 44; Occupation-Sailor; born NY; Female(wife)-Betsy Kelley, age 43, b. NY; Male(son)-Frank Kelley, age 4, b. NY. I also found one "Speaker" living in Milan, Erie Co., Ohio on the 1860 Census: Mary Speaker, age 26, born abt. 1834 in Ohio; She is a domestic living with the Henry & R Walbridge family. There were quite a few male Speakers in Ohio in 1860, but not in Milan, where Frank apparently lived his whole life or Huron, where he was born. (I got the name Speaker from Frank's death certificate.) (Speaker & Streeter are kind of close.) 1870 Census - living in Milan, Erie Co., Ohio with the same basic Kelley family information. 1880 Census, Milan, Erie Co., Ohio - Head of Household-Henry Kelley, age 64, born OH, Farmer; Wife-Betsy Kelley, age 63, b. OH; Adopted son-Frank Kelley, age 24, born Ohio, Farmer, Father born in Prussia, Mother born in Ohio; Dau.-in-law-Oriana Kelley, age 24, b. OH. 1900 Census, Milan, Erie Co., Ohio - Head of Household-Frank A Kelley, Farmer, age 44, born Dec 1855, OH, Father born in NY, Mother born in OH, Married for 20 years; Father-Henry Kelley, Retired Ship builder, age 84, b. March 1816, NY, Married 47 yrs.; Wife-Anna O Kelley, age 44, born March 1856, OH, Married 23 yrs., Mother of 2 children with 2 living; Daughter-?Bessie? M. Kelley, age 19, born May 1881, OH; Son Henry J Kelley, age 12, born Sept. 1887, OH. Since Frank was already living with the Kelley family under the name of Frank Kelley by age 4 years and the 1880 Census reflects him as the Kelley's adopted son, a good start would be to look at the adoption records in Erie Co., Ohio between 1855, when Frank was born, and 1860 when he was already living with the Kelley's and using their name. Huron, where Frank was born and Milan, where he lived and died are apparently both in Erie Co. Ohio and only about 8 miles apart. Hope this helps in your search regarding your ancestor.
