One is an obit in the Feb. 11, 1948 Potsdam Herald-Recorder for Joseph. It gives his wives as Obeline Sawyer & Elizabeth Arno. His children are also listed. This Roshia family is included in this database at WorldConnect: http://tinyurl.com/6j6edr It includes some of Joseph`s children but not all.
