    3. I have this marriage as May 4, 1823 according to The Marriage Register of St. Andrews & St. Raphaels, (Cornwall, Ont.), 1784-1830 found at the Ogdensburg, NY Library. Another note at the wedding was they were living on Indian Lands (This is a narrow strip of land located between Cornwall and Glenngary) rented from the Indians for farming. Sophia being born May 12, 1801. Also, I have Ignace married to Josephte Houle, Jan. 31, 1804, making him the father of 15 children, by two wives..
