James shows up in Nassau Rensselaer Co., N.Y and married Christina Ham (dau. Casper Ham) in 1827. They located in Schenectady New York and died in that area also. The reason I ask about relationship of your Nathan is that James and Christina had a son names Seneca also b. in 1839. Just seems to be a coincident that the sons being named the same.
