I have information on their children. I am especially interested in any family history regarding a nephew they raised, Elbridge Conkling Lashbrook.He was my ggrandfather. Our family efforts to find out about his biological parents & why & how he came to Angeline have been stalled. On the US Census he is definitely listed as "nephew". His DOB is Oct, 1860, so he missed being in the 1860 census. Shows up on 1870, at 9 y/o. By 1870 census, he had left Angeline & Joseph's home and moved to Algona IA where he was an apprentice blacksmith to Milton Warner. A brother to Angeline??
