Partridge was in this unit. I have letters (I mean copies of letters) that he wrote home to his family during the war. I've been told that he was present at the surrender at Appomattox. Wow, I guess you and I must be related. The Partridges are on my mother's side. Possibly I could copy these letters and send them to you. He was quite articulate. After the war he and the woman he then married went to China as missionaries. He was there for many years, returned on furlough, and then went back.
