She said to e-mail her @ elaine.munch@yahoo.com as to what information you would like, so she doesn't overload you with what she has. The NY Barkers were always interested in genealogy, and have quite a few records along with pictures. My grandmother had a great correspondence with Ernestine Jaccaz Barker, who was Benjamin Franklin and Anna Barker's daughter-in-law. Harold Moselle and Maude Mae Defoy (aka Molly) were your Grandparents. Michael is your father who would be an Uncle to my Husband. Michael and Robert Clark are 1/2 brothers. This is from Maude's first marriage to Charles Clark. Maude first married Charles W. Clark in New York and had 2 children, Robert Danford (dob 1/27/1924 in Massena, NY, dod 5/26/2001) and Ferinande Constance. They separated/divorced while the children were young. Maude then married Harold Moselle. They had one son, Michael. The only information that I have is that Michael married Brenda ? and had two children Anthony and Kelly. I believe Anthony is a NY Attorney? My husband's father left my husband when he was young and we knew very little about the paternal side of the family until I began researching over the past 10-15 years. We found that Ferinande had 7 children (first cousins) in upstate New York. We also found that Maude married a third time to Michael Lombardo and that she died in April 1987 in Massena, NY. My husband never knew of or met his Grandmother. If you have any stories or pictures we would really love if you would email them. We are in Massachusetts. I pray that you and the family are well. The 1850 & 1860 census of Clayton Co., Iowa State Martha J. Gould was born in Vermont about 1825. I located a deed from an apparent relative in St. Lawrence Co., NY. Other leads refer to Jefferson & Oswego Counties in NY. Additional less specific information leads me eventually to a couple of counties in Vermont. I am considering the use of the New York State Library and Archives at Albany. I note they are closed on Saturday. Another repository is the New England Historic Genealogical Society in Boston. If I go to Albany do you have any other suggestions for Saturday? Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
