Would this be James Cooper born November 23, 1795 to James Cooper and Sarah Comly Cooper? James Cooper was married to Sarah Rice. I don't have their marriage date or Sarah Rice Cooper's death date. I believe that she died either in 1840 or sometime before 1840. James and Sarah had 6 children: Ezra, Esther, Ruth, Hannah, William and Alonzo. After Sarah Rice Cooper died, James Cooper remarried a lady by the name of Almira Brooks sometime in 1840. They had two children: Georgia and James. Around 1844 or so the family moved to Lucas County, Ohio. They lived in Waterville Township. James Cooper was a first cousin of the Author, James Fenimore Cooper. James and Sarah (Rice) Cooper's daughter, Ruth Cooper is my second Great-Grandmother. Is this the same Cooper Family that you have information on? You can e-mail me at mudjim@comcast.net. Thank you for your time. Mary

This Lucy Ann Durkee b 1798 who married Luke Bradish was supposedly the daughter of Lieutenant Timothy Durkee born May 01, 1737 in Litchfield CT and his second wife Olive Whitcomb born about 1756. She may have been born after her father died. Timothy had a first marriage, to Lucy Ann Small, and my ancestor Lucy Ann Durkee born 1767 married Woodward Tucker in 1787. Their son Adin Tucker lived in Stockholm from before 1820 to after 1830, and their five daughters were born in Stockholm. BUT I CAN'T FIND ANY STOCKHOLM BIRTH RECORDS from that time. Any ideas?
