Both have images of most censuses and many other online resources. (Many censuses are not indexed but if you are researching a small town that may not matter). Colleges or universities in your area may also have a subscription. They generally serve the local public whether or not you are a student (often your tax dollars are helping to run the schools). I live in Maryland and my local library has a subcription. I can use the hi speed connection at the library or see it online from home. You will need a current library card for your local library. She is listed in the 1930 census with William F. Vallance. Does anyone have access to earlier censuses in Saint Lawrence County? She could also be listed with Monroe or Irish surname. She is a mystery! Thanks so much.

Is Isaiah Serviss (Sep 1867-21 Dec 1928), who married Carrie M. Rowe (Dec 1873-Jul 1943) also a descendant of Ira? What is the line from Isaiah to Harold Serviss? I note that Harold and Isaiah's son, Isaiah Lester Serviss (8 May 1901, Talcville-18 Jan 1951, Gouverneur), married Liscum sisters. Norm -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
